How does the subscription work?
Wildgrain is a monthly membership that delivers artisan sourdough breads, fresh pastas, and seasonal pastries to your door. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Do I need to thaw the products before baking?
No thawing is required! All Wildgrain products are designed to be baked from frozen and are typically ready in 25 minutes or less, ensuring you get that fresh-from-the-oven taste with zero prep.
How are the items shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship our products in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure they stay frozen during transit. Once your box arrives, we recommend placing the items in your freezer immediately.
Are your products sourdough-based?
Yes, our breads are made using traditional sourdough fermentation. This process not only creates a superior flavor and texture but also makes the bread easier to digest compared to mass-produced alternatives.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right with a refund or replacement.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Absolutely! Before your next order ships, you can log in to your account to swap items, add extras, or choose between our 'Mixed Box' and 'Bakery Box' options to suit your preferences.
